Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The following shall govern the cancellation of the Services and the refund of the Services Fees:

How to Cancel a Booking
1. The cancellation of bookings and/or Services can be done using the Application and/or through our Website by accessing this link: https://www.flashexpress.ph.
2. All Service Fees paid are generally non-refundable and irrevocable unless the cancellation is made within the period provided above.
3. Refund of the Service Fees shall be processed within one (1) to seven (7) business days from the date of the cancellation of the Services.
4. All Service Fees to be refunded as a result of the cancellation of the Services shall be credited to the bank account registered by the User in Flash Express’ Application or Website, or to the credit card account utilized by the User when the Services were booked.
5. A Cancellation Fee equivalent to the Service Fees paid shall be charged in case cancellations are made by the User after the Parcel is picked up by Flash Express, or in case the User fails or otherwise refuses to hand over the Parcel at the designated location.
How to Secure a Refund for Lost or Damaged Goods
1. Flash Express shall not be liable to refund the Service Fee and/or the value of the Goods unless it is proved that the loss or damage to the Goods is due to Flash Express’ willful act or gross negligence.
2. Users seeking a refund for lost or damaged Goods should submit a request (together with the supporting documents) using Flash Express’ Application and/or Website. Please note that Flash Express will not process any refund without receiving the request form together with the supporting documents to show that the loss or damage is due to the fault of Flash Express.
3. Refund of the Service Fees and/or the value of the Goods, whether total or partial, shall be processed within one thirty (30) days from receipt by Flash Express of the request together with the supporting documents.
4. All Service Fees (or value of the Goods) to be refunded due to lost or damaged Goods shall be credited to the bank account registered by the User in Flash Express’ Application or Website, or to the credit card account utilized by the User when the Services were booked.
5. In all cases, the liability of Flash Express in case of lost or damaged Mail Matter shall not exceed PhP200.00. For other Goods, the liability shall not exceed PhP500.00.
