5. The 30% discount rate on shipping fees and RTS transactions is valid daily (Monday to Sunday) within the promo period.

6. For the 30% shipping fee discount: The discount shall apply upon successfully received by the Flash Express courier rider or Flash Home partner based on the final shipping fee computation.

7. For the 30% RTS (Return To Sender): The discount shall apply upon successful validation of customer information for cost estimate prior to the payment.

7. For Flash Express Key Accounts customers, Key Account rate vs. 30% Shipping fee/RTS whichever has the highest discount rate (savings) shall apply.
